All prices are listed in CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD) or USD, depending on your location.
Stock Availability
- All items displayed online are generally in stock and available to ship.
- However, inventory can change quickly, and an item may occasionally be temporarily out of stock.
- If that happens, you will be notified within 24-48 hours and offered three options:
- Wait until the item is back in stock (we’ll provide a realistic estimated time).
- Receive a store credit for the amount paid.
- Request a full refund.
Shipping Info & Rates
- All deliveries are pending approval and merchandise availability.
- In-stock items typically require 1 to 2 days of processing time at our warehouse.
- For accurate shipping costs, please use the Shipping Rates Calculator on your shopping cart page under the checkout button.
Returns
Please read carefully.
- To return an item, follow these simple steps:
- Email us explaining why you wish to return the item. Returns are only accepted after approval from our customer service team.
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the “Total Delivery Time.”
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, size, or color), you’ll receive a 100% reimbursement, including return postage.
- We accept returns for any mistakes on our part.
- We do not accept returns on items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or deemed unsellable.
- We reserve the right to decline returns if the correct item was shipped.
Additional Order Info
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday.
- Orders are not shipped on Sundays or official holidays.
- Please consider holidays when calculating the “Total Delivery Time.”
- Watch for emails from us — we may need additional information to process your order.
- Tracking numbers will be emailed once your order ships and can be viewed on www.canadapost.ca (or the relevant courier’s website).
- Most communication will be by email, so please ensure your email address is correct.
- Orders will ship via Canada Post, CanPar, FedEx, Purolator, or another courier, depending on your order and location.
Customs and Duties
- You may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees once a shipment reaches your country.
- These charges are beyond our control and are your responsibility.
- As the Importer of Record, you must comply with all laws and regulations of your country.
- Each order will include a customs form listing the contents and value of the package. This is also needed if there is damage.
