A button on the top releases both blades — when opened, the cutter forms the shape of an “H,” inspiring its name.
The outer cases are finished in black lacquer, vertical lines, wave, and barley designs. The vertical line, wave, and barley patterns are engraved using engine turning, a classic and historic technique that produces intricate geometric designs on metal surfaces. Each piece is meticulously finished by our master artisans.
